DELIVERY
  • Delivery of purchased paintings will be by Recorded Royal Mail and within
    2 days if unframed- Monday-Friday / 9am - 5pm
  • Please contact me if you prefer your delivery on a Saterday
  • Framed paintings will be by Recorded Royal Mail and within 5-7 working days
  • All deliveries have to be signed
  • All prices quoted on this website include framing and recorded delivery costs to;

  • Delivery (Worldwide) of purchased paintings will be within 3 to 4 working days for unframed and 7 to 10 working days for framed paintings

  • Framing for artwork will be done at Inkspot Gallery;Artwok may also be collected directly from Inkspot if you live in and around Cardiff and would prefer to do so
  • Please allow a timeframe of 7-10 days
  • The following two types of framing are offered for artwork on this website
  • If you prefer buying the artwork unframed. please indicate that in your email.

  • Surface mounted/floating consumation board; \white(or black) surface mount and side mounts; white (or black) box satin finish
  • Wooden mount stained off white (or black) to suit image;outer frame raw wood;block stained to finish

  • COMMISSIONS
  • If you would like to commission me to specifically produce an artwork that is personal and unique please contact me today, infact, contact me yesterday!

  • RETURNS POLICY

    Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from NatashaMaria but simply changed your mind regarding your purchase, you may return these items for a refund subject to the following conditions;
  • Painting (s) must be returned to NatashaMaria in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
  • Any damage that has occurred to the painting (s) whilst in your possession may affect your refund
  • NatashaMaria MUST be notified of your intent to return the painting (s) within 7 days of receipt and then the painting (s) itself must be returned within the 7 days that follow that notification
  • To return your item; Please carefully repackage the paintings(s) in the manner they arrived with you; Contact NatashaMaria to book a collection of the parcel indicating your prefered day and timeframe for the collection by the carrier
  • If you would like to exchange a painting for another please let NatashaMaria know; please note:if the new item costs less than the one you have returned NatashaMaria will refund you the difference; however, an additional payment may also be required if the exchanged item is of higher value
  • Once the painting (s) are back with NatashaMaria, an e-mail will be sent in reply to your refund request
  • Credit/Debit card refunds will be made providing NatashaMaria is satisfied that the painting (s) are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above
  • Only the cost of the painting (s) will be refunded, carrier costs will be deducted from your refund unless the reason for return is due to an error on NatashaMaria's part where NatashaMaria will arrange for the collection of the painting (s) at her cost
  • NatashaMaria CANNOT refund on items returned outside of this procedure.
    Any problems with any part of your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
